Basic processing allows Telekurs Card Solutions customers to take advantage of the multi-functionality of the systems – multi-currency capability, for example, plus multilingual capability, whether merchant support is involved or our call center. All systems and applications are in operation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for processing card-based, cashless payment transactions. All data are handled and archived in accordance with the strict security guidelines issued by the Swiss banking system. Thanks to the online link to our technical infrastructure, easy access can be obtained to the merchant data at any time. Merchant credit notices As a full service provider, Telekurs Card Solutions can take the pressure off you and take responsibility for sending credit notices. We prepare the credit notice files and make them ready for printing. You can choose between e-mails with PDF attachments, standard paper notices sent by post or electronic reconciliation with XML or EVR files. Even the media can be defined as required: e.g. paper for the branches and a detailed electronic file for Head Office, depending on what the contractual party requires.
