On site maintenance
On site maintenance includes the following:
  • On site support to rectify any terminal malfunctions which cannot be resolved via the hotline
  • 7 days, Monday to Friday
  • Response time: 48 hours
  • The services are provided during normal business hours

Return by post
The maintenance service for equipment returned by post includes the following:
  • Rectification of terminal malfunctions which cannot be resolved via the hotline by returning the equipment

Hotline service
Telekurs Card Solutions Ltd. provides telephone support 7x24 hours. The hotline supports partners in possession of a contract in operating the equipment and in the technical analysis and rectification of malfunctions.
